Using the sun as a back/rim light and spot metering her face to get this one. We had a blast shooting through olympic park, came back with nearly 200 pictures over an hour of shooting.
There's one either just before this one or after in the video where she's laughing. She has such a great, warm smile! This is a wee bit on the impish side - I like that look. And what a gorgeous sweater for portraits - it really does add to the warmth based on her smile and that warm low light.
