Very pretty array of colors and shapes. IMHO it needs either more DOF or cropping those first foreground flowers that are out of focus; part of this picture's charm is its overall impression of sharp clarity.
Lacking in a focal subject and the angle of the metal (?) thingys is really annnoying. A few steps to the left shooting this at 45 degrees to where you were may have helped.
I would have pulled out the copper garden ornaments and cropped in closer for a more unified image. Perhaps a little more DOF to include those front pink tulips. The color is very nice though!
I like the color variety you've created. the lawn ornaments (?) in the center of the shot detract from the composition as does the clay pot and brown thing (top center). Did you consider cloning these out?
