Tungsten WB, long exp, paint the trees with a flashlight. Basic adjustments. The moon and Venus are between the trees. I jumped the fence into someone's pasture to do this shot, so I was only there for about 5 minutes and 5 shots.

Beautiful capture. There's something about the moon and palm trees.... Good idea about painting the trunks with a flashlight. I'll have to try it.
