This was a candid shot I snapped of my in-laws the summer of '07. They loved it! Sadly, the next summer it was to be the final photograph in the video memorial for my father-in-law.
Sometimes the best photographs are those that just "appear" and cannot be staged. I was so incredibly honored that 1. they liked the photograph 2. thought it meaningful enough to use as a "final thought" in honoring a great man. It's technically terrible and not professional looking to say the least, but it meant so much to them and that's the best reward!
