A very fresh cranberry cheesecake (with some whole cranberries for the photo). Just search for the name and you can find a lot of recipes. Again a heavy but nice dessert. Two more days to go. Have to find something lighter....
Not only has your series of images consistently made me hungry for fruit, it has made me wish I could bake as well! To be repetitive, your collection of fruit images you've shared this month is INCREDIBLE!
This looks great, even after having been on an eating binge for the last week with all the holiday partying coming around. I like the textures in the sides and top of the slice in this shot.
