My husband and I recently had the wonderful opportunity to take a cruise to the Eastern Mediterranean and Black Sea part of the world. It was only a short cruise (12 days), but it allowed us to visit, however briefly, several countries we'd previously on read, heard or dreamed about. One of our stops was in the very attractive city of Constanta, Romania. This beautiful old building sitting on a finger of land jutting into the sea was once a casino. Now it is used for other purposes, but it still bears the casino sign, and is still referred to as the casino building.
