I think this could be a really nice shot, but the lower half feels underexposed. I can see some detail there if I turn my brightness up and look at my screen from a funny angle, so there is details there. You could have improved this with a levels / curve adjustment.

The hills are too dark and lack definition but the clouds and view are fantastic.
