He looks like a little guy. Excellent detail. Are, like Roz, using flash on some of these? I can never tell when she does it, but it seems to be the key to getting good detail.

brilliant .. love the colours on the grasshopper and all those excellent details and patterns on his body .. the grass stalks create a great composition with all those shadows .. its an excellent macro .. :).
