Sorry, had to play with the ever popular Fractalius filter. I backed it off substantially, and applied a subtle layer to lighten it up. It was really gray outside so I added a bi-color filter in Color Efex Pro 3 to give it that pink cast.
It almost looks like fingers coming down reaching to touch something, but are being animated by electrical wires, if that makes sense. I see it in my mind, and really like the colors. Magical
