I did take this on a tripod, but it was a bit windy that night. Unfortunately because the moon was rising, I had a limited amount of time to shoot before the moon left the frame and the breeze wasn't dying down.

I also used noise ninja on this which I think contributed to the blurry appearance.

Too blurry or out of focus. Looks like you tried to correct in post processing.

I wish it was more in focus (the tree), but i like the star effect on the lights, very christmas!

the simplicity of form works nicely - i am just not crazy about the green hue of the tree - it seems a bit too brownish
