this is an excellent photo. i see it as a disorganized crazy world with tradition and love thrown aside to lay rusting. an excellent portrayal that is much deeper then what one would expect. very very good:)
Add me to the seven club on this one Penny. It really had a different look from the typical entry in this challenge and this is the kind of shot that should be appreciated more here.
thanks to all who voted and I really appreciate the comments. This happens to be one of my favorites that I've taken in awhile and I was glad to have had the chance to share it.
Seems like just a snapshot at first glance, but then I find my eye exploring the shot, seeking out all the details. I suspect I will be giving this a much higher vote than what it will end up at, however.
the reflections to provide contrast, the stars of multiple sizes lined up to provide diagonal lines, the repeating colors of the benches and stars - it makes for a very engaging photo
I really like this it draws you in...first you see the stars, then the lady coming out of the door....and then the reflections in the window...really like the colors...
