Front end of an old VW camper parked on the street. The sun was right behind me, so I couldn't avoid getting my own shadow in the shot. I stood as far to the side as I could, and this is what I got. My hands and camera have become a design element! ;-P
The overlay is the shot of the palm trees a couple of days ago. The girl's profile is a shameless rip-off of Jutilda's idea of the Pre-Raphaelite brush. I found a profile I liked and made my own brush.
Later... Igot to looking at this and given the size of the VW logo, I changed the name of the shot from Déjà Vu.
LOL. I didn't realize it when I posted this, but Kelli is right -- it is the 50 Foot Volkswagen. It kind of looks like it's floating in the Big Green Universe.
When I saw the thumbnail I was wondering how you got a VW symbol that big ;) Very nice mix of the two. I like the choice of contrasting colors and the saturation level!
