new layer in soft light (fade)
curves

Nik Dynamic skin softener (a tad)
Nik Pro contrast
clone out flash in glasses
remove a few small reflections
resize
sharpen
save for web
LOVE the reflection and this is a great shot of her! Tell her I said hello, and it's nice to know what she looks like! Very nicely done with the flash. The reflection adds a sense of place.
