A colourful photo, nice, but the specks annoy me. Also wish it were cropped evenly on top and bottom. Perhaps I am too picky.

Nice photo with some great colors but doesn't have the bokeh feel. This one seems to fit more in the Shallow DOF challenge. Here is a sample of some bokeh with the out of focus point of lights that people are trying to achieve
