Even though the decking and water are more then half of the photo, the sunset totally overpowers them. I'd have give the photo a 10 except for a strange halo I am seeing around the sun. So...? 9

Looks like the birds are eating all your fish! I usually don't care much for shots with this perspective of an aisle/road/etc. but I think the darnkess of it works well here.
