I was gonna give it a ten until I looked up at where the sun is just barely in the photo. The yellow, for me, is way overblown. The bush looks really 3D-ish to me: cool...!
I like the composition and dof here a lot. The brightness and yellowsness of the sun doesn't do much for it, imho, but if it were cropped a little tighter on top to eliminate it I think that would work really well.
I like the mist! The yellow in the upper left is distracting for me though. Also, the foregound doesn't seem to have much of a "wow factor" (just some tangled weeds?)
I love the foreground and color, but the sun/sky have been over processed. Too much of an attempt to recover highlights. I think you could have cropped out the sun, and the image would have been something special.
