I took this shot on a rainy day in between periods of heavy rain. I found this bucket in the garage which has quite a bit of rust inside. I decided to put the bucket in with the flowers and whatnot around a big oak tree in the backyard. Final adjustments: Sharpened, re-sized, and cropped for DPC.

Don't know who Trepan is. Interesting bucket, nonetheless, as it rusts from the inside out. I don't think the out of focus panseys help the composition--perhaps even more out of focus, more mass in front of the bucket?
Liked: The subject matter. The colors. Photographic quality and photographer skills apparent.
Would have preferred: to have full pail in picture, even greater DOF.

Nicely composed and good use of color in this pleasant image. It would have been really exciting if you had been able to adjust focusing to sharpen those pretty flowers in the foreground. But still, a very nice photograph.
