Your border choice was good on this, and I like the idyllic country scene here. Looks like you had some badluck with the behavior of the cloud cover, unfortunately.
I'd like it better if the silhouettes of the cows were a bit more seperated instead of on top of one another - great lighting and colors, especially on the water.
created a warm glow by capturing the warmth of the sunrise/sunset - the reflection within the pond helps to bring light into the foreground without an artifical source - masking?
