Taken with an old Press-type Speed Graphic 4x5 camera, on Velvia 50 transparency film. We (my photography professor & I) had to hop a barb wire fence to get onto this seldom-used runway. I was able to take the shot just as the sun was hitting the horizon line. The only reason I did not frame this directly over the arrow was my professor already claimed the spot.
I cropped about 1/4 of the image around the edges to lose vignetting from the lens.
