I find the simplicity of the colors and the composition very intriguing. It looks like the leaf is dancing or something. Might have been neat (though it would be a totally different pic) if you could arrange two of them (maybe a yellow or orange one) and make it look like they were dancing together. i like the simplicity a lot. Nice lighting. You did a good job of lighting the leaf without lighting the bg. Two little things - the hot spot on the top corner and the twisted part on the bottom - bother me a little, but not too much. The water drops are a nice touch, and I love the color. ~indi
Love the color and strong contrast! Nitpic 1: I wish you had gotten a more perfect leaf :P The dried up tip at the top looked like blowout until I studied it more closely (maybe it is a bit blown afterall??). Nitpic #2 I'd prefer either the entire background be speckled or solid. Great job :) Lisa
