I find this composition rather curious. I can't decide what it is. I'd like to see the nail itself a little better in focus, but I also admire the reflections and bubbles. Good colors.
I get -- and just barely -- that the nail is in a drink. Perhaps this information could be better understood if you pulled back a little bit and included the rim of the glass.

Did you forget the lemon garnish? Cute play on words. Decently rendered pic. Focus on the nailhead seems a bit soft and the highlights are a tad harsh, though.
visceral, the thick wetness of the image adds a very important tanigible quality. for some reason it seems more corrosive than water...reminds me of battery acid.
