I've been experimenting with taking images with controlled blur, and trying to keep parts of the image in focus. This image is an attempt to achieve that. My processing skills are pretty average, but I gave the blur a bit of a nudge with a filter.

Movember is a National fundraising activity to raise funds for Men's Health, particularly Prostate Cancer. Men get sponsored to grow moustaches, and all money raised goes to the cause. This is our local physio Doug and his wife Jean is about to do the honour of shaving off his moustach, with a cut throat razor. LOL!

The focus on the blade gives the image a touch of menace, despite the smile of the shaving creamed one. Interesting effect.
