This is very badly in need of focus. I find that in low light situations this happens alot with my camera, but I trick I learned was to shine a light on the part I want focused so that it focus better than the light could of been turned off if you have a lock focus function.
nice use of black light :) The focus here is a bit weak... I believe that some element if this image should be in focus to create some impact... - setzler
