I'm no too crazy about the green hue, but I do like the concept. All of the darker objects seem to have a lighter halo arond them. It's really noticable around the black square at the top right portion of the photo. I think this would look great in B&W.
Great shot, but personally the blue is killing me. , would have loved to have seen it in natural colour. Bar that, great crisp sharp lines, slight haloing around the buildings but it adds to it
Not sure this shot presents super power, If I didn't read the title, which I do at first, I wont be able to tell what kind of super power it is,
