Using a filter to make a shot more interesting doesn't necessarily make up for a blah composition. (Check out my Where is Art Roflmao shot for proof.)

Interesting processing - creates almost a void in the floor with the darker tiles giving a surreal impression, which I suspect is how most waiting rooms feel sometimes.
