Just went wandering out in open fields were I live and found this half buried in the dirt. Felt it made a good subject so I picked it up and brought it home with me.

And gracefully photographed. As so much is uniform black, I would like to see some other way of driving the unwanted into oblivion thatn just heavy shadow on a black mat.
This is weird I have no idea what it is, but I like looking at it. Was it a can and one opening was for air? The background is perfect and the light is wonderful....neat shot. 8 from me.
