Nice image, excellent composition. Its not quite in my 'Id hang it on the wall' category because of the slightly uninteresting nature of the hand. Maybe you could get someone with interesting hands to model. This would be quite a good idea for a series, say getting all your family to model and hanging them as a display against a white wall.
Nice negative space. What's the No. 3 in the title - do you have three hands???? This picture reminds me of strip-tease in the sense that there's a lot of hoopla and excitement being offered but in the final analysis you end up being short changed. I see this tensed hand here and it seems to hint that a strong message is being delivered but what the message might be i fail to see. Then again, maybe that's just because i'm an anal dpc voter :) Perhaps, you wanted to have your hand read but,sorry, i won't do that free :) I'll give you a 7; that's 1 for the hand and 1 for each negative shape., 1 for meeting the challenge, and minus 1 for the crappy title Journey (btw, haven't i seen this hand very recently??? :)
