Well, anyway, this is actually several hundred 3" long nails that a made for a pnumatic nail gun. The set up was rather simple. I placed a black cloth on the kitchen table and setup all of the nails next to each other. Then set the camera up on the tripod. I then used a mini mag-lite without the top to light the nails from the upper right hand side.
As for the editing steps they were rather simple also and would fall under the Basic Editing rule set.

Well, I am not sure about this one but I envision this thing working in concert with a very hot flame? Knowing that all of man kind hangs in the balance, I must not sleep until I figure this thing out. (Or until the challenge ends in a few days) :) If you will excuse me, I must get back to pulling my hair out on this one. :)
