Interesting perspective and presentation ... one of a kind I think. The simplicity of the bench is nicely juxtaposed with the busy background and foreground.
There is a point where a tilted perspective adds action to an otherwise static perspective. Then there is a point where the impression is more one of having several dozen helium baloons tied to ones ankle. I'm afraid this is closer to the latter.
