Great lighting & detail in the leaf. I am going to assume that the shadow is supposed to be there but I wish it wasn't. I think what hurts this photograph the most, is the vine in the foreground
The darkeness at the right throws things too off balance and the stem across the leaf is distracting. A lower angle and little to the right would have worked better if it was possible.
I like the contrast you brought out, the details and the muted background. I guess there was no way to avoid the shadow and the wine going through the leave?
