about 30 seconds before this shot was taken this bull ant stung me on the thumb .. that was about 5 hours ago and my thumb is still swollen and sore .. i'm grateful i saw him otherwise i would have been worried that something poisonous and possibly deadly had bitten me .. coz it sure did hurt .. !!
the blood is artistic licence .. coz they dont bite with their pincers, they sting with their rear end .. must google the name of it .. could be stinger ..
used another photograph of the grass i was sitting in as an overlay ..
about bullants
'Bloody brilliant' lol - that'll teach you not to put your thumb near a bullant's bum. I know how these little buggers hurt, and by the look of your thumb, it may be a trip to the dr. for some antihistamine.....
