This dog was running and running up and down the beach, just for the joy. It was wonderful to watch. I've seen him before chasing birds, and one time trying to catch fish.
I should have used a higher aperture -- this focus isn't very sharp -- but I was in a hurry to capture the shot, and forgot to check it.
Love the light and the happy look that the dog is wearing in this shot. The shallow DOF and high shutter speed is good for this as it puts the viewer's attention squarely on the animal, the whole point of the image.
