It had a hawk on the roof when I first saw it but I scared it off when I got out of the car. Damn!:( Perhaps it would have created a little more wow.

Normally I like old run down buildings in B/W because of the emotion it evokes. This one is an exception. It is perfect in color. I just love all the colors and the clouds in the sky. Great focus, composition, and clarity. Hope it is doing well.
It radiates the mood, congrats. The harsh colors in my opinion are justified. Perhaps, I would have put the structure a bit on the right side, to match the Golden Rule's intersection point.
