Lovely background Bokeh, and a terrific subject. I think that the bright sunlight has not served you well - a bit harsh on the highlights - I might have opted for a more subdued, diffuse light to bring out the warm tones of the rust... but then that's a subjective opinion ;-)
Good stuff here. May have had some more of that DPC-friendly wow factor if you'd bumped up the reds a little more. Like the fact that you caught the sun on the spiderwebs.
Really very well shot! Love the detail to the rusting as well as the title. Even the webbing around it with that detail is just superb! One of my faves!
