This photo was taken of a container in a shipyard by the harbor in downtown Reykjavik. The paint was cracking because of the rust and formed these beautiful shapes.

Very interesting observation
What an interesting picture. Almost like the work of a spider or other sentient being. Nice find and beautiful picture. I just wish rust would permit a sharper image.
This is really nice. If it doesn't give you too much noise, you might try adding some contrast or using unsharp mask at a high pixel radius and low percentage to saturate the colors more and add even more definition to this lovely pattern. Very interesting and engaging subject. Good focus. 8

What a charming and delicate image you have made. It is a little gem amid the strong colors of many other entries. Good luck with this delightful find.
I'm glad to see some people took the time to find something interesting instead of running out and shooting the first rusty thing they could find. Nice shot! 8
Any time someone sees more in an object than the obvious and shows it to others the way they see it, I am appreciative. Good shot. Might have used a bit more contrast and rotate 90 degrees to the right, but still good.
