The bright light on the right takes away from the subject on the left. My eyes want to look at the light and not the dancer. If the light was a little dimmer, if she was a little brighter, or both the photo would have turned out better.
Still a decent photo for the lighting conditions you were in.
Wish her foot wasn't cut off, wish she was more in focus, think it would look even cooler if the light was behind her and she was a silhouette or something.
