The fog gives this a nice dreamlike quality and the slightly muted colors work well. I'm seeing a bit of sharpening halos on my monitor.

at first I thought B&W would suit this so well! but the longer I look at it, the more I like the subdued yet rich colors to offset the foggy sky..

I like the misty effect bought on by the fog. I think I'd like the top 1/4 cropped - my eye seems to be getting drawn to the void in the top left hand corner. JMO

i like the fog too- the windmill seems so old fashioned next to steetlights & cars :)
