Cool smoke stack, but visually: not the best. Needs to be a little shrper and the lighting here isn't very good. 4/10

It looks, that you was trying make shoot of bilding ;) and smokes are there "incidentally". Anyway, as "night photo" i like this job, but for this challenge there are needed more focus on smokes.
