The light was on the left, with a Philips lamp. No more lights were on in the room. The camera was mounted in a gorilla tripod, in a chair (not easy to focus somewhere and then make the composition).
Played around with focus points, light conditions, apertures, etc, and this came out.
Easy when the model is stuning.

I saw another one very similar to this: I like the dual mirrors. The extreme brightness of the candle draws your eye to that a lot, perhaps limit the exposure a little?
