Jeb, the house is abandoned because you can see straight through from one window to another window, i.e., it's empty, except actually it's a church and it's not really abandoned and not really empty. I hope that cleared things up. :)

Very abstract! Love the interesting designs this has created. But...yeah, had to be one...this doesn't say abandoned to me. It's a very lovely abstract.
Very dreamlike, sometimes I feel like I'm looking at the bottom of a wishing well, sometimes through a window, now to the bottom of a shallow, clear pond. And I'm not sure how, since there's not really a definite "abandoned" subject, but I think you captured the mood brilliantly.
