Miniature golf? The light bulb and flood light...
Seriously, this shot is ok looking at the actual waterfall part of it. The tree on the right is jumping out like a shining beacon (it's overexposed and very, very bright).

I know it is hard to deal with, but that tree and the lights on the top right breaks the nice composition of the water and rocks.
