This challenge was right outside my comfort zone. Not that comfortable shooting people let alone candid shooting!! This gentleman asked me for a look when I'd taken the shot.

GREAT capture. Think it would have been better as B&W instead of sepia. Also a little more contrast is needed to really make the image pop.

I thought this was a perfect slice of life photo. Wonderful composition with good tie to the environment with the donut sign. Still feels a bit like an environmental portrait than anything, but is superbly done. Highly rated.
I read your sign as 2 donuts for 10 dollars or 3 for 16. I was wondering who on earth would pay over 5 dollars for a single doughnut. d'oh. got it now.
