 This picture is a combination of 2 exposures manually overlayed. One was taken right at sunset, the other about 45 minutes after sunset.
Raw conversion, comined both exposures through layers into one psd.
croped, flattened, cloned out some distracting poles in the river and a trail of lights from a helicopter.
dodgeing, burning, saturation brush, Lucisart very little, NI, very little USM
