The Repulse Bay area is one of the most expensive housing areas in Hong Kong due to the surroundings.
In 2006, some property prices reached HK$20,000 (US$2,500) per square foot.
The building in the middle is the famous "Building with a Hole". Supposedly the hole is for the dragon living in the mountain behind the building to get to the ocean in front.

Nice night shot. I think the dock/bridge takes away from the city line and reflection. It's a little too bright (not really overexposed- but ... too exposed I guess) and draws the eyes away from the great lights from the city.
I dunno, even a vagrant on the street could have this view from the bench he sleeps on. Going to have to call this one DNMC. (OK, OK, I'm just kidding!!!)
