They are so fun to photograph. This is a good one.

I think he thinks you look silly. Well composed and I like it. The index finger is a little blurred and that is a tiny distraction for me.

Like the “human” expression in this portrait shot – believe should do very well in the challenge!!!

Judging by the softness on his hands and hair, I'd be inclined to think this was shot through glass but if so, you've done a good job pulling forth the details and textures on his face. His expression is pretty comical too! I think I'd have upped the red hue just a little, to really enhance the colour of his fur.

I love this, it's a absolutely beautiful image (even if it is a zoo pic ;-)

How could anyone not love a face like that ?

lol, this guy looks like he's really having a serious think. Looks sftc; I think a little usm would've made the textures pop a bit more. 7

Cute! He kind of looks like he's getting ready to pick his nose, lol! Nice job with the eyes. The orangutan's at our zoo have some kind of personality disorder where they hide under a blanket all day.

This is a good picture but he doesn't appear to be in his natural environment.

That was taken at the Houston Zoo, right?

I know we don't vote on titles, but this one is so perfect for the shot that it literally made me laugh out loud. What a facial expression!
