Very good framing, the light is nice and diffused, and the stag is cooperating with his regal pose and direct stare. Lucky you to get such a pleasing shot. I originally remarked on the colour looking a little odd, but I was on another computer. Looks way better now! :-)
I love how the focus seems to be on those lovely spots on his body, the light is hitting him really nicely. I like the overhanging tree, it brings another point of interest to the shot but doesn't take away from the main subject.
ah this has great potential. too bad the buck is fuzzy, and you dont have a sunrise and mountains in the background lol. all im saying is this could be the front of a book or movie. what a cool moment
