This was taken on the 28th floor (roof) of my apartment building.... the winds whip here at the best of times so that and a long shutter didn't exactly amount to a sharp image...perhaps I'll try again in daylight.
Anyway, this is Day 13 of my music challenge, inspired by Onitsuka Chihiro - "Angelina"

Which in my out of practice Japanese is, "It's not that I'm wishing for balance, I'm not dead yet"
WOW .. talk about death defying .. and i thought i was a bit over the top about my photography obsession .. !!.. lol .. something i often think is that to be a good photographer isnt all that hard but to be an excellent photographer is .. you have to take risks .. whether they are psychological, like getting out of your comfort zone or physical .. also a great imagination and a different way of seeing things .. you seem to have it all .. :)
this is a brilliant image .. so much going on .. does she want to jump .. is she tempting fate .. the lights below beckoning .. it looks like she's just about hovering above the wall .. already aloft .. :)
I really like this -- it's drifting from pure photography off into illustration, and that's fine with me. The placement of the girl's foot, slightly raised, and her outstretched arms make me feel as if she's landing, not walking. Really great mood.
Now get off of that ledge. You're making me dizzy! ;)
