Very clever idea and a great way to comment on the state of the economy. I'd have maybe gone with a background that isn't a similar colour to the coin.
Nicely done... but not enough contrast for me... the background being yellow makes this seem like it has a yellow cast to it. Some PP would have taken care of that, I think. Nice job getting it all in focus. Maybe a black border all around the image would have lessened the black line at the bottom.
