 Created two exposures from a single RAW file for the same scene. Blended the two in Gimp:

Adjusted color curves, brightness/contrast, sharpened, resized, saved, opened in Gimp, saturated a bit, adjust brightness again, save for web.

Hoping for a 5.0. Lets see:-)

I'm an old stick in the mud, so I can't see what the tilt does to the photo. All the water is going to run out from under the boats.

I really kinda like this. I don't want to. I'm not a big fan of just randomly tilting the camera to make it interesting. It usually doesn't work. But it does here. Nicely done.

i like the reflection but i feel it would have more appeal (at least to me) were it not tilted /5

The angle really keeps the picture interesting! The white off the first boat and reflection in the water seems a little over exposed compared to the rest of the image. I would have loved more detail/light/color on the houses.
