My neice came to visit me this weekend so I bought a costume for her to pose for me. I had three tales in mind and this was the last one on my list. I liked the final result so I guess I'm going to stick with this one. This is another take I was deciding on using too, I just liked the expression on the other one. I hope everybody likes it.

i am not a fan of the use of selective desaturaton here - the girl is very pretty and a color version may have really helped this image jump a bit more
There's a lot of graininess or posterization on her hood and cape that does not come off well for me. I do like the selective desat effort. I think it is effective.
Her face have a great sharpness. I don't understand the selective saturation/desaturation though. Her eyes are captivating, I would done a tighter crop around the face, that's where the story is in this shot.
